3D PRINTABLE TOOLHOLDERS

Here are some miscellaneous toolholders that can be scaled to fit practically any tool. I was in the market for something like this myself, and was looking around searching for toolholders. The problem however is that there ar alot more different sized tools than there are toolholders that match, so then you end up with something that just looks awful and doesnt fit 100% to anything. So regarding this project the goal was to make many...

FOOLPROOF 3D PRINTER

FDM 3D printers are notorius at failing during big prints, and there is nothing worse than printing for 10+ hours just having to start over. So i started thinking about solutions to fix this problem. The most common problems is fillament getting stuck in the spool, and blocking in the extruder. So i had to come up with a solution to remedy those two problems. The idea: Make the fillament go trough a gear that rotates with teeth...

PROBOTIX V90 ENCLOSURE

This was a quick project that i wanted to do ever since i got the CNC. Routing wood creates A LOT of dust that spreads all troughout the room, covering everything. I had the acrylic plates custom cut for about 200$. All the brackets are 3D printed – even the hinges. I used silicone everywhere the acrylic meet to really make it sealed. This adds a safety feature to the machine if the machine would crash and pieces would fly...

CZ75 TS CZECHMATE 90 DEGREE C-MORE MOUNT

The CZ75 TS CZECHMATE comes with a C-more red-dot sight. The problem with this sight is that it is mounted very high on the gun. I know tthat it is possible to buy a 90 degree mount, but i really wanted to try and 3D print one. I was really unsure wether the 3D printed part would withstand the forces of the gun or it would just break apart. This is what the original mounting looks like: Getting the sight as close to the barrel makes...

TV TROUBLESHOOTER

This troubleshooting tool was made to aid me in testing TVs that have the symptom “periodic dead”, as in sometimes the TV does not work at all. As you might have guessed i fix TVs for a living, and fixing problems that only appear periodically is the most challenging part of the job. How it works: The box contains an Arduino UNO and connected to that i have the LCD display, light sensor and a speaker. The light sensor is...

REMOTE ACTIVATED PRANK BOX

I made this solely to prank people. This is how it works: I put 1 10ohm 0.25W resistors in each of the screw terminals on the right (total 3). The point is to burn out the resistors one at a time creating smoke. The visible electonics is basically an Arduino in its purest form. (code downloadable below). The custom circuitboard was made on my cnc. (Eagle file downloadable below) Then i made i light sensor using a light-sensitive...
